We are accessible from Desborough Road. We are on the ground floor of the Eden Shopping Centre behind Next and behind the lifts to the purple parking zone of the Eden Car Park.
Parking
- Blue Badge holders only: 3 Shopmobility permit holder parking spaces directly outside the shop – first come, first served! Please ask for a permit from us when you arrive and display alongside your blue badge. (Please note these 3 spaces are limited to 2 Hours parking Only).
- Blue badge holder disabled parking area on Desborough Road (3hr max)
- Eden Car Park, Purple Zone, 2nd floor upwards is closest – turn left at the bottom of the purple zone lifts to find us. Please let us know if you are parked in Eden as we have a facility to validate your parking if you provide your registration number (Please Note, That this service is ONLY available to you if you are using our services on that day) (subject to availablity – please check)
- Designated spaces on the 2nd floor on the “purple zone” in the Eden car park, please tell us your registration number and ask for a parking permit from us to use these spaces if you have not got a blue badge
Opening hours
Our usual opening hours are as follows:

Scooters and wheelchairs need to be returned to our office at least 15 minutes before we close ie. 4.30pm Mon-Sat, (Last vehicle hire 4.00pm) Sundays (Closed all Day).
During busy times of the year, such as the period before Christmas, we may ask you to book the equipment for either a morning (9.30am-1.00pm) or an afternoon session (1.00-5.00pm) where possible. (All vehicles to be returned by 4.30pm at the very latest)

In extreme weather such as snow, ice or high winds, please call us first on 01494 472277 to check that our services are operating. On some occasions, we may have to close or offer a limited service, so please check before you leave home.
